An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner interested in Breast Care to join our multi-professional team.We are seeking a pleasant, enthusiastic and caring individual to become an Assistant Practitioner within the North East Screening Programme to join our friendly, hard-working multidisciplinary Breast Screening team.The position involves routine mammography screening, participation in regular image assessment and to rotate through all aspects of Breast Screening. The ability to work in a multi-professional team, have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing a high quality service is essential. You will need a good basic education, with minimum of 2 higher grade qualifications or equivalent (English and Science subject).Completion of the Certificate in Mammography is essential for this position.The Breast Screening Service is located within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
