We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Business Support team at our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Aberdeen. If you are honest, hardworking, positive and have great customer service skills then we would love to hear from you.The rolecomes with many perks including ongoing training and development, onsite catering, great holidays & private medical.Responsibilities:Responsible for all day-to-day administration work within the centre ensuring that a quality focus is reflected in the customers experience at all times.Day-to-day management of supply relationships key to fulfilling training requirementsEnsure all classrooms are set up to the required standard in readiness for the commencement of each training event.Provide a helpdesk service for lecturers and delegates ensuring requirements are fully accommodated and an exemplary level of customer service is consistently achieved.To maintain an up to date understanding of QAs Health & Safety Policy ensuring that all lecturers and delegates are provided with relevant health & safety procedural documents upon arrival.To co-ordinate courseware deliveries and returns, maintaining accurate stock management of all training materials.Assist with the day-to-day request for training to be planned and assist with the allocation courses.Add courses to the planning system.Input all future course schedules as required.Work closely with the operations and onboard planning manager to ensure business needs are met and high utilisation of trainers.Liaise with external trainers as required.Skills & Experience Required:Suitable experience within a similar customer service, hospitality, hotel and/or administrative roleExcellent communication, organisation and planning skills.Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.Excellent literacy and numerical skills.A team player.Proven ability to work methodically, accurately and effectively under pressure.Flexible and adaptable to change.
