Our Aberdeen office has been an important part of the oil & gas industry for over 20 years and is a full service law office. About the Role The energy industry is a challenging but exciting sector that continues to impact the world we live in. Industry players have a leading role in helping the UK meet its net zero ambitions.The top tier CMS Oil & Gas Team is the largest UK-based team dedicated to this industry, providing advice to clients all around the world, guiding them through all the problems and pitfalls they face. We advise on all aspects of the industry; upstream, downstream,LNG, platforms, pipelines, FPSOs, shipping and transportation, gas storage, supply chain management, decommissioning, M&A and financing included.As a member of this market leading team, you will work on a broad range of complex, high value, and high-profile M&A transactional, projects and supply chain work for top tier clients across the UK and internationally working closely with many householdnames in the energy sector. About You We are looking for candidates with a next generation mind-set. We take a different approach for a changing future which means we are open to candidates with strong backgrounds in corporate or commercial contracts, as well as those with energy and oil & gasexperience.
