Job Description

Our client has over the past 40 years become a major force in the world of pumps and associated equipment, providing a wide range of services to an extremely broad and varied client base across Scotland.They provide full back up repair and maintenance coverage for the products, equipment, and services they supply and install in a variety of industries such as Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Marine, Biogas, Brewing & Distilling, Water & Power Leisure, and FoodProcessing.They are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for one of their sites in Aberdeen (AB12)In this varied role you will play an integral role in supporting our branch operations by managing administrative tasks, creditor and debtor management and control, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make the role their own and become indispensable to the rest of the team.Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise all administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records.
  • Creditor and debtor management and control
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
Salary is circa £25 - 30,000 depending on experience plus 25 Days Holiday + 9 Statutory Days Holidays and Company pension scheme and all the training and development you can handle!To apply please send your CV to Gary Simpson
