Job Description

Occupational Therapist required for a National Charity based in AberdeenHere at SNG Healthcare we are seeking an accomplished Occupational Therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional care. Our client provides specialist neurological care, rehabilitation, along with unwavering support to individuals aged 18 and abovewith various neurological conditions.What the role offers -

What the role involves -
  • Assess, Implement, Evaluate: Deliver person-centred care through tailored therapy programs.
  • Advocate Choice: Enhance service user experience by promoting choice and addressing concerns openly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, health professionals, and volunteers for seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping, adhering to professional standards.
  • Share Knowledge: Contribute expertise through formal and informal teaching sessions.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional tasks, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
Requirements to be able fulfil the role -
  • Diploma/BSC (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with Health & Care Professions Council.
  • Proven clinical reasoning and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Competent IT skills and awareness of relevant legislation.
