Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our senior management team at our growing company. We provide services to the energy sector and it will be your job to communicate these services through the various digital and traditional channels. Youwill be required to help grow the business by winning new clients and maintaining existing relationships. The position will be based at our Aberdeen Head Office.   • Create and execute successful web development, SEO, lead generation and conversion campaigns
  • Utilise analytics and planning software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Airtable) to deliver your company message
  • Use digital channels effectively for lead generation and client and prospect engagement
  • Create factually rich & eye-catching content to use across appropriate channels
  • Design and deliver marketing plan with lead generation and growth KPIs
  • Work closely with sales team, gathering marketing intel and building into future digital campaigns
  • Produce relevant, engaging, and topical on-brand content for all appropriate formats, including writing for digital channels, press and internal, and curating and briefing content for use in videos and podcasts
Person Specification
  • Degree in relevant subject(Marketing, Communications, Business or English)
  • Digital skillsskilled in using digital marketing software (Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Airtable)
  • In-depth knowledge of what is required from a marketing department to achieve commercial growth
