We are looking to and an additional team member to our Logistics team in the Aberdeen Office. You will be handing in coming calls from customers, emails and be part of the existing team organising effective logistics solutions to clients daily.If you have a great work ethic, strong desire for success and the ability to think on your feet and problem solve we would love to hear from you.This is a hybrid role working between home and Westhill officeMain Responsibilities Include: Providing first line support to our customers across Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife regions for our tailor-builtsoftware solutions in the shipping industry. Management and handling of all support calls and emails, including full investigation, replication,identification of user training issues. Training on the use of our internal and external software solutions. A person that can find a solution to a problem and implement the change Can do attitude, especially when under pressure A Team player, willing to help others when needed and go the extra mile Great communication skills are neededEssential Skills / Experiences: A flair for problem solving and troubleshooting. Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs in a constantly changing environment. Attention to detail. Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm when faced with difficult situations. Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative Organised, capable and highly efficient to ensure prompt response times Previous experience of Microsoft Office 365 with high proficiency.Desirable Skills / Experiences: Knowledge of the shipping / logistics industry Previous experience of helpdesk support in a customer facing environment
