Job Description

Job Description - Lead Projects Manager Due to their continued growth our client Skyform is recruiting for a Leads Projects manager to deliver various types of structural repair contracts.Works are generally located in Aberdeen however the ability to travel essential.This role is a permanent position with training provided and the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.The responsibilities include:

  • Advocate the highest standards to health and safety generally whilst ensuring that companywide HSEQ procedures and processes are followed and adhered to on all sites
  • Managing Projects within time and budget
  • Ensuring that both customer and company quality standards are upheld at all times
  • Provide regular project updates to commercial and management team
  • Assisting both management staff and site personnel meet their full potential using your experience
  • Works will include working at heights.
  • Experience with working on multi story blocks, EWI systems/Concrete and structural/remedial repairs are advantageous. Experience in working in the same or similar role is necessary.
A valid SMSTS and CSCS card is Required. Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 7 in Construction Site Supervision is desirable, however training will be provided.Driving licence is essential.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £45,000 - £50,000Location: Aberdeen
