The RoleJewson Aberdeen - Part-Time Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant (15 hours per week that includes 2 Saturday mornings per month). If you enjoy working with people and you think you could help ourcustomers feel welcome, then we would love to hear from youRequirementsWe have a great opportunity for a part-time Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join the dedicated team in our Aberdeen branch. Jewson Aberdeen have a busy Kitchen & Bathroom showroom where they supply to both commercial and domestic customers - they offerthe full project package from initial customer queries, a design service through and supply.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and advise customers on their kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Produce plans and designs using Computer Aided Design (CAD) package
  • Sales generation - work proactively to identify and explore sales leads. Reaching out and engaging with previous customers, looking at construction developments in the region etc.
  • Continuously enhancing the customer experience by offering high levels of service
  • Ensure health and safety policies are always adhered to.
What we are looking for Kitchen and Bathroom DesignerWe would love to hear from candidates ideally from a Kitchen and Bathrooms environment. Alternatively, if you are a confident person from a retail customer facing background where you have worked in a sales environment and offered high levels of customerservice we would also love to hear from you too.Some skill and experience we would like to see in your background include;
  • Previous experience of working in a Kitchen or Bathroom industry (retail, design, installations etc.) preferred but not essential.
  • A strong customer and sales focused attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Flexible and enthusiastic attitude
  • Able to create and maintain successful relationships
  • Good IT Skills - knowledge of a Computer Aided Design package would be
