NHS GrampianAberdeenshire HSCPBase to be discussed at interview.B6 Respiratory Physiotherapist in Community RehabilitationBand 6 Physiotherapist post in Community rehabilitation.37.5 hours per week.(fewer hours will be considered). Band 6. Temporary for 5 months.We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Physiotherapist with respiratory experience to work in intermediate care in Aberdeenshire. The post holder will be expected to provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment in respiratory care in the home setting , virtually and in person, to those patients in this cohort who cannot attend virtual PR classes or who require a one off educational session. The post may also include rehab with post covid patients.The post holder will supervise 3 B4 HCSWs (North, Central and South Aberdeenshire) who will be employed to assist with the role and be expected to work well in a multi- disciplinary and multi – agency environment. Supervision will be provided by the B7 intermediate care staff and the Team Coordinator for the area.The base is negotiable for the successful candidate and may include some work from home.We offer excellent CPD with plenty of learning opportunities, where we place a high value on both professional and personal development.Car availability for work purposes and a valid UK driving licence is essential for this post.NHS Grampian physiotherapy teams cover the North East of Scotland serving a region from the Cairngorms to the North Sea including Coastal Moray and Aberdeenshire.
