Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to add an Industrial Skills Instructor to our award winning Training team based in Aberdeen. The role will involve instructing and assessing: Forklift, Banksman/Slinging and Rigging trainingcourses.Responsibilities Ensure all aspects of offsite training and assessment assignments are fully checked and completed prior to leaving the Companys premises e.g., work location, travel arrangements, documentation, course materials Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation and procedures Provide instruction, demonstration and examination/assessment of individuals/groups of delegates for specified course programmes and timetables Provide Management with relevant examination paperwork after each courseExperience Previous experience working as an Instructor or Assessor Excellent knowledge of Instructor/Assessor techniques and qualifications Relevant qualifications/previous experience of practical training Good training/instructional skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to control a room and deliver a positive learning experience for training delegatesDetails/Benefits Overview Staff role M-F Early Start/Early Finish 07301615 Location: Aberdeen Parking: Yes Meals on duty & Great Coffee 33 days holiday a year Health plan (dental, optical, physio etc)
