Job Description

Financial Planner - Aberdeen, Flexible working - National Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation - Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualificationsMB Fitzgerald are currently working with one of the UKs Largest Financial Planning organisations to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to work in their teamin AberdeenThis company are widely recognised as industry leaders and they are now looking to continue their growth plans which were held back slightly by the covid pandemic. This Financial Planner position sits within a well established team and will be supportedby an experienced an qualified back office team.The role:

  • The successful candidate will be working with a mix of existing and new enquiries whilst also responsible for sourcing and developing their own new clients.
  • We are looking for candidates with a history of developing new business, either through networking, referrals or using professional introducers.
  • As one of the UKs biggest and most recognisable Financial Planners, this company are under-represented in Aberdeenshire and as such this is an exceptional opportunity to exploit a gap in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma Qualified
  • Experienced Financial Advisor, ideally someone who has worked in the area for a number of years and has a network of contacts, such as professional introducers
  • Those who are able to bring across an existing client book will have an advantage but this is not essential.
On Offer:
  • The company are willing to pay a competitive basic salary of up to aroud £90,000, which is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. They would possibly go higher for a candidate with a transferrable client book and exceptionally strong businessfigures
  • They also have an excellent benefits package and offer a discretionary bonus based on performance (both personal and company) and KPIs.
  • Full back office support to allow you to focus on meeting clients and networking
  • Guidance and support from the area manager, dedicated to helping you succeeed
  • Clients and new Leads from the company to help increase your performance levels
  • Flexible working - no need to be in the office other than for a meeting once a week, however the office is there for you to work from if preferred
