Are you an Engineering Manager with strong CI experience looking to play an integral role in the ongoing development of the engineering staff in one of the top food processing firms in the UKYou will join the Management team of an industry leading organisation and will help them continue in their success. They are a company who pride themselves on their quality of product, service and reliability and are looking for an Engineering Manager to strengthen their management team.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Engineering Management role within the food industry.The Role:- Working closely with the Senior Engineering Management Team to lead the Engineering department- Designing people strategies to ensure the continuous development and improvement of staff including working on the attraction, selection and retention of staff- Supporting the sites continuous improvement activities and maintenance functionsThe Person:- Must have strong experience and knowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as root causes analysis, machinery reliability, maintenance etc.- Must have proven experience in Management and the development of Engineers - Looking to join an industry leading company where you will play a key role in the companys success Required skills
