Job Description

Electrician *IMMEDIATE START*Are you a reliable and experienced Electrician Search Consultancy requires an electrician for an amazing permanent role from a very well known and reputable company. Salary will be negotiable and agreement will be dependent on qualifications and experience.Duties & Responsibilities :-

  • Responsible for carrying out PPM & reactive tasks across NBU
  • Emergency lighting testing
  • Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules
  • Compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
  • Responsibility for the undertaking and execution of all operations under their remit and reporting directly to the Operations Manager
  • Identifying and implementing innovations to improve service delivery
  • Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
  • Ensuring, demonstrate, review and monitor compliance, to meet the expectation and needs of the Client, the quality and organisational goals of the company and satisfy the requirements of BS EN IS0 9001:2000
  • Monitoring and professional oversight of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
  • Developing the competency of them through a commitment to continuing professional development.
  • To maintain a driving licence to remain mobile.
  • Participation in a 24 hour 7 day per week on call service is mandatory.
Key Requirements :-
  • Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules
  • A Full driving licence.
  • Experience in Portable appliance/Emergency lighting testing
  • 17th/18 Edition + ECS Required *

  • van supplied (no personal use)
  • 40 hours /week
  • 32 days leave
  • 1 in 5 call at present (£100/week payment + time and half for call outs)
