Job Description

DRAINAGE AND PLUMBING ENGINEERABERDEEN, SCOTLANDUP TO £36,000 INCLUDING BASIC & BONUS.Our client is a market leading national emergency draining and plumbing company with a nationwide presence.Due to their continued growth and success, they are now seeking an extremely driven Drainage and Plumbing Engineer to work the Aberdeen RegionThe role

  • As a Drainage and Plumbing Engineer your role will be to see to blockages, leaking waste pipes, carry out CCTV camera inspections and surveys, drainage excavations and repairs
  • You will have initial training includes H&S
  • You will then have mandatory ongoing training includes confined space entry courses & (HPWJ) High pressure water jetting course
  • Working full time hours, you will be required to cover out of hours work and weekends on a rota basis.
  • Hours of work: The business operates a 24-hour a day service, 365 days a year
  • Working within Aberdeen and a 10-mile radius
  • You must have a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
The Person
  • The successful Draining and Plumbing Engineer will ideally have drainage work experience required with on-going training provided by our client
  • Plumbing and/or drainage experience an advantage
  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Water Jetting Awareness (preferred)
  • Good attitude to workregardless of time of day or weather conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skillsdelivering world class service.
  • Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Can work to strict deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in an organised and tidy manner.
  • Hold a current UK Driving licence (max 6 points)
  • A DBS check will be a requirement for this role.
  • Working in and out of hours, no two days are the same in this role.
  • Your company van is your mobile office
  • Live in or around Aberdeen, Scotland
The Package
  • £25,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary (subject to experience)
  • £36,000 Realistic OTEBonus Scheme
