Join our dynamic team in Aberdeen as a Digital Marketer and Designer! We are on the lookout for a skilled and imaginative individual to take charge of our digital marketing efforts and lend their artistic flair to our brand. We are looking to rebrand ourtraditional accountancy practice and the successful candidate will play a big role in our transition from traditional to more contemporary. As a pivotal member of our organisation, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute compelling digitalmarketing campaigns, maintain our website, and design eye-catching visuals for our marketing materials. With your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress, youll also be involved in crafting internal and client communications, as well as producingclient financial statements. As if that wasnt enough, youll play a part in our internal communications initiatives, town halls, and staff newsletters. If youre ready to make an impact and unleash your creativity, this role is tailor-made for you!Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the firms overall marketing strategy.• Create and manage content for the firms website and social media platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies.• Project manage either a new website or improvements to the existing website.• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations that convey the firms services and value proposition.• Create internal communications such as staff newsletters, information for town halls, and other employee communications.• Develop smart templates for client-facing communications, such as proposals, financial reports, and presentations.• Prepare client financial statements using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.• Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all materials and channels.• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to optimise results.Qualifications/Experience:• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and other design and content management tools.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage website development or improvements.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and concise messaging.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising is a plus.• If you are a creative thinker, a skilled communicator, and a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, graphic design and project management, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
