We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Aberdeen Team. We are looking for an individual with strong content and search engine optimisation skills, to help drive our digital strategy forward. The right candidate willbe a collaborative and pro-active team player, with excellent attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to think creatively and strategically, with strong communication and time management skills.What we want from you A strong understanding and demonstrable experience in digital marketing, preferably with SEM and SEO focus Previous experience or strong understanding of website management and UX Experience in content marketing and copywriting for conversion optimisation and SEO Strong understanding of, or experience with, search PPC campaign creation, management, reporting (experience with social PPC is a bonus) Experienced at creating marketing KPI reports including evaluation for strategy adjustments and optimisation Strategic thinker, with proactive attitude, able to manage and prioritise multiple projects Flexibility and Adaptability Keen interest in new marketing tools and trends Experience on some of the following programmes is advantageous: Google Analytics, Google Search Console ,GTM, Google AdWords, HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce (or other CRM) and MailChimp (or similar ESP)Your day-to-day Growing organic traffic & improving ranking in line with forecasts & business objectives. Staying current on all new SEO developments, educating stakeholders and driving early adoption. Optimising all new and updated pages across the site to ensure that SEO best practices are followed Performing regular keyword research to identify new areas for growth and feed into the ongoing campaigns and SEO content roadmap General website and UX management with conversion optimisation as a focus (WordPress with Elementor) Collaborate with PPC external agency on the creation, execution, management and reporting of search PPC campaigns. Work on the creation and optimisation of high-quality activation and acquisition digital campaigns by analysing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnels for target groups across all digital channels. Conducting regular marketing KPIs reviews and reporting through website analytics tools, proactively using this information to increase organic traffic, improve conversions and ROI.
