Job Description

Salary – up to £30,000 plus benefits Hybrid at the Aberdeen office or remote working if based in anywhere else in Scotland Be-IT are working with a software business within the drinks industry who are looking to hire a Customer Support Analyst. In this role you will be working within the Customer Care team, providing efficient, professional, and effective application supportin response to customer issues and queries.Day-to-day activity will vary between tier 1 support, tier 2 support, testing and documentation of product enhancements and delivery of training to end users of the system. You’ll respond to customer queries, take responsibility for the resolution of customersupport calls, diagnose customer technical issues, work closely with the software development team to perform testing of bug fixes and software enhancements and much more. Some travel (up to 10%) to clients around Scotland to deliver training services andon-site application support.For this role you’ll need the follow experience –

  • Experience in a customer facing / focused role (business to business)
  • Experience of diagnosing and solving problems
  • An organised, disciplined approach with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple activities in parallel and work under pressure
  • Experience of helpdesk ticketing solutions and CRM systems is a bonus as well as experience of software testing / QA
