Take the opportunity to change your job and come and work in an exciting new role in the Unscheduled Care Division of NHS Grampian.Are you available immediately and looking for a role where you can make a positive impact on the NHS service delivery, where you can become part of a well established team working in the newly developed Flow Navigation Centre (FNC) in the Emergency Care CentreYou need to be a good communicator and it is essential that you are computer literate and keen to learn new skills. You must be passionate about high quality patient care and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will also have the opportunity to grow your career as the FNC matures and roles develop.It is essential applicants are computer lieterate: Adastra, Intersystems(Trak), Boxi. NHS experience and call handling experience are desirable.We will train, encourage and, help you every step of the way, to be part of a positive impact of change for urgent care patient services.The post requires cover 7 days a week, Public Holidays including Christmas, 24/7, days , evenings , overnight and weekends.
