Hospitality Business Development Manager - Aberdeen£30K basic- OTE of 60K including 10% commission on all business sales.B2B Field sales 4 days a week, 1-day remote home working.A nationally renowned Thai hospitality business is in search for a Business Development Manager to be the local face of the business. As the ultimate Brand Ambassador, you will deliver local strategies to proactively drive the sales growth for new businessclients within the leisure, corporate, meetings and events markets through a tailored 360 customer experience.If you have: A degree in business management or a similar equivalent. 2+ years experience in a lead sales role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. Have a proven track record of conducting proactive and reactive sales-driven campaigns. An opportunist, results and bonus driven. Bring entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and drive. Self-motivated and work autonomously to achieve set KPIs. Be an expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builder. Have an established network of contacts in the city in which they are working. Willing to travelYour new role would entail: Generating cold leads with the aim of development to long-standing loyal customers. Chasing local opportunities with proactive and reactive strategies. Increasing corporate and large group bookings. Thinking outside the box to drive footfall and the appeal of the venue. Challenging internal delivery with a solution-led approach.
