Business Administrator£20,000 - £28,000 per annumAberdeenOur client is an experienced, proactive and flexible IT managed services and cybersecurity provider offering IT support, Cloud-Based Services and Commercial IT Consultancy.   • Ownership and responsibility for creating monthly recurring, ad hoc, project and miscellaneous invoices; accurately, efficiently, on time and as comprehensively as possible.
  • Tracking all billable labour and charges not provided under client monthly service agreements and invoicing this work regularly.
  • Working with the our client to optimise invoicing service delivery.
  • Continual development and refinement of the in-house invoicing system, making it as robust and flexible as possible for navigating changes.
  • Liaising with clients on the phone and by email regarding any invoicing queries
Business Support
  • Providing clients with the information they require under their Managed Service Agreement to receive optimal Business Support Service delivery.
  • Communicating with clients via email, phone or through a virtual online service, answering any queries and gathering any necessary information to enhance delivery of their Business Support Service.
  • Representing and upholding the brand and culture across all communications required in the role.
Administrative Tasks
  • Answering the landline phone, relaying information and following through on any actions arising through this channel.
  • Answering the office reception phone, greeting visitors, recording and storing information as required.
