Search is looking for a building service manager based in Aberdeen to work on multiple sites throughout the city for a company who have become one of the big names in the construction industry in the North, the company has a relaxed but productive vibe witha great team of like minded people who get work done to top standard and their repeat business reflects this.Duties:You will be responsible for Assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals, You will assist with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain.
