We have a vacancy for a proactive, self-motivated and sales focused Branch Manager to join our Northern Heating branch in Aberdeen.About the role• Managing day to day operations in the branch• Driving sales and profitability• To manage and maintain contract accounts• Developing customer accounts and new business opportunities• To set objectives for the branch and monitor branch performance• Leading, motivating and developing branch team• Development of relationships with key suppliers• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in branchWithin this role you will have full budgetary responsibility for the branch and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.About youExperience in either supervising or managing a team is essential, as your ability to lead and motivate our team will play a big part in your success within this role. We are also looking for people that have demonstrable experience in developing sales and profitability to ensure we continue to grow our branch and develop strong working relationships with our key customers.Any industry experience or product knowledge within plumbing and heating would be desirable but is not essential.
