A vacancy has arisen within the Orthopaedic Department of Scheduled Admissions at Woodend Hospital for an Assistant admin coordinator to join our busy team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7-3 pm.The successful candidate would be preparing the weekly inpatient admission lists for elective orthopaedics, ensuring that patient’s paperwork is in place for admission. A working knowledge of all aspects of TRAK care and OPERA is desirable, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with patients and relatives and members of the MDT.We are looking for someone who has experience within a busy acute sector environment.to join our busy dynamic service.
