We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join the Aberdeen City Preschool Additional Needs Team.You will provide expert clinical advice, second opinions, assessment, intervention and management for a specialist caseload, including Autism assessment and diagnosis. The children you will work with attend specialist nursery provisions, and mainstream nurseries across Aberdeen. The post holder is responsible for supervising and supporting junior colleagues working within these caseloads and there will be opportunities for you to develop and shape the service.Applicants should have extensive experience of working with children who have complex communication difficulties. You should also have experience of training other professionals, and supervising junior Speech and Language Therapists.The post is based in Aberdeen City within our well established service. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team of SLTs with wide ranging clinical skills and experience.
