The Neurosciences Sector brings together Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neurophysiology and Neuropsychology, and is sited in one expansive area within the teaching hospital of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.We currently have the following vacancy:This Consultant post is offered on a whole-time or part-time basis. The successful applicant will join a dedicated and experienced team of Clinical Physiologists, providing a wide range of Neurophysiological investigations for adults and children, complemented by a Consultant Paediatrician in Neurology and a Locum Consultant Paediatrician in Neurology with EEG reporting experience. The successful candidate will be involved in further developing the department with all new Xltek EEG equipment currently being procured.Aberdeen is an affluent, friendly and vibrant city, combining all the amenities of Scotland’s third largest city with easy access to spectacular surrounding countryside and coastline, offering superb opportunities for a great work-life balance.
