Assistant Business Process Analyst£25,878.00 - £28,753.00Aberdeen - HybridPermanent, Full TimeOur client strives to place people at the centre of everything they do; improving work and the workplace for everyone.An exciting opportunity has arisen within the IT Team of Corporate Services. They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the post of Assistant Business Process Analyst.In this role you will use and develop your skills to assist the Business Process Analyst in the ongoing review, redesign, implementation and support of key business systems and modules relating to the Associations main Housing QL system. This includes dataanalysis, organization and execution of end-user testing, presenting in verbal and written form.A successful candidate should have:

  • strong analytical thinking and creative approach to problem solving
  • a desire to learn new skills, systems and software
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work with high degree of accuracy and enthusiasm with numbers
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • a positive response under pressure
  • excellent communication skills - verbal, presentational and written
Previous experience/qualification in:
  • using MS Office, in particular the advanced use of Excel for data analysis is essential
  • working with SQL reporting services and designing reports is desirable
  • solving problems related to operational processes is an advantage
  • working in Housing Sector or Public sector is an advantage
one of the following areas is desirable:
  • Microsoft MCSA (Database development)
  • SQL and T-SQL for MS SQL Server 2016/2019
  • Computing Science, Data Science, Computing-Application Development
  • Economics and statistics
