Were looking for someone who wants to join a family of like-minded individuals and be more than just a team member.As part of your role as Administrator you willbe the first point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office. You will also be responsible for the management of our Outlook inbox, issuing letters, collating information from spreadsheets,general system updating and inputting data, and managing both incoming post distribution and outgoing post.The role will also have visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team. By the nature of this role, you will also undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and generalsupplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.We know the value of our administration team and as part of this we provide a varied and busy role. No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position. In termsof experience, we look for individuals who have either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required.
