We have an opportunity to join our team in Aberdeen as an Administration Assistant.About the roleMain duties are:• administration• answering phone calls• liaising with suppliers• chasing purchase orders and credits• dealing with queries regarding goods received and deliveredThere is also an opportunity to learn the Showroom side of the businessAbout YouThis is a varied role, so adaptability is key, your communication and organisation skills will be fully utilised in supporting the team to reach branch targets, while working together to get you up to speed on our systems and processes.
