We are looking to recruit for an experienced Field Account Manager to deliver growth in existing and new business.Duties: Working with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Managers to deliver the New Business Sales strategy to deliver against planDevelop a strategic plan to win new business in their region from targeted new and competitive customersAccurately forecast and deliver against revenue targetsRepresent company with brand new customers at the appropriate levelFocus on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of sales activity not just the quantityUse the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunitiesAlways looking to improve the Sales Process and the way things are doneUse targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential in the marketSkills needed:Demonstrable experience in delivering against new business growth targetsProven track record in a strategic hunter sales role ideally in the industryProven experience of using a CRM system, preferably SFDCAbility to bring positive energy and focus to their team and colleagues across the businessExcellent CommunicatorBuilds rapport with customers easilyA commercially savvy, analytical thinkerSpots opportunities and capitalises on themDemonstrable understanding of sales methodologiesSomeone who can challenge, respectfully, constructively and effectivelyThis is an excellent opportunity to work for a very established company who is a leader in their field.
