Job Description

Finance AdministratorAre you an experienced administrator looking to get into a finance role Are you looking to join an established business where you can grow your skill setThis is what youll be doingOn a day-to-day basis you will be working, and supporting the finance team and purchase ledger team:

  • Data inputting
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Processing invoices
  • Ensure accurate cost coding
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • VAT Accounts
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing documents
The experience youll bring to the team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excel skills
  • Previously experience within an admin based role
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
